Refund policy

We want to ensure you are always happy with your Dotspace products. Therefore, we offer returns up to 14 days after you receive your items. Please note that in order for your item(s) to be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The refund will be made to the same card or payment method used when placing the order.
Once you receive the order, you have 14 days to reach out to us and place a return request. If the return request is accepted (based on the conditions above), we will send you the shipping address to ship the item(s) back. Please note that return is free for orders shipped from the UAE or the UK. For all other countries, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, and you can use a carrier of your choice.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item(s), the easiest way to do this is to return your products through the process above and place a new order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
