All Dotspace products are designed in London and made in Dubai, using premium quality paper sourced from Portugal.
How sustainable is DOTSPACE?
We ensure that every aspect of our business is as sustainable as possible.
The paper used in Dotspace products is made in Portugal from ethical and responsibly sourced materials that meets both FSC and EU Ecolabel standards. It is also Chlorine-free, acid-free, and 100% recyclable, ensuring our products are not only high-quality but also kind to the planet.
Are payment methods secure?
We do not store card information in our systems; it remains the private property of the cardholder at all times—before, during, and after a purchase. All transactions are processed through secure, heavily encrypted third-party payment processors used by millions of people daily.
We take active steps to ensure the safety of your credit card and personal information. Credit card transactions are processed via fully secured, reputable third-party processors, and your checkout experience is protected by bank-level security, using a 256-bit SSL certificate.
Your purchase data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the transaction, after which it is securely deleted. Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We are pleased to offer free shipping on all UK orders over GBP 40 and UAE orders over AED 150.
Where are your warehouses located?
We're happy to confirm that we have two warehouses located in London and in Dubai.
Your order will be shipped from our London warehouse if it's being shipped to a UK or European address. Orders going to a UAE or GCC address will be shipped from our warehouse in Dubai.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

My order shows it was delivered but I never received it.
We're sorry that you have not received your order.
It's very common for couriers to mark packages as delivered before they actually are. We encourage you to wait an additional 1-2 business days to give the courier the opportunity to deliver it.
In the meantime, it is recommended to check with your household members, neighbors, and mailbox for your parcel. Also, we suggest contacting your three nearest post offices in case it was delivered there instead.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want to ensure you are always happy with your DOTSPACE products. Therefore, we offer returns up to 14 days after you receive your items. Please note that in order for your item(s) to be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The refund will be made to the same card or payment method used when placing the order.
Once you receive the order, you have 14 days to reach out to us and place a return request. If the return request is accepted (based on the conditions above), we will send you the shipping address to ship the item(s) back. Please note that return is free for orders shipped from the UAE or the UK. For all other countries, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, and you can use a carrier of your choice.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item(s), the easiest way to do this is to return your products through the process above and place a new order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
